It is located just a short walk from the station, with an L-shaped counter and a raised seating area that makes it comfortable. The grilled pork skewers are substantial in size, and they are delicious whether enjoyed with salt or sauce. In particular, the liver is cooked to a slightly rare texture, making it tender, and the ginger in the sauce adds a nice accent. The light and refreshing offal stew is also flavorful, making it hard to stop eating. The stamina tofu, which is mixed with tofu, natto, egg, and green onions, becomes addictive with just a little soy sauce added. The calm atmosphere allows for a leisurely drink, and it's easy to see why it is popular with local customers.
