Upon entering the restaurant, it was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax in the sunken kotatsu seating. The pure white, glossy hand-stretched udon was chewy yet smoothly slid down my throat, providing a very pleasant texture. It is said to be made with locally sourced wheat, and the aroma of the wheat spread gently with each bite. The broth, which was slightly on the stronger side, paired perfectly with the noodles, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The freshly fried large shrimp and vegetable tempura were crispy, and dipping them slightly into the broth made them even more delicious. The rice balls and small side dishes also had a gentle flavor, making for a highly satisfying lunch.
