The interior has a typical izakaya atmosphere, and I’m glad it’s non-smoking. It’s a small space, but it’s comfortable, and it gets filled up quickly due to its good reputation. The set meal with fried chicken and cream croquettes is a fun combination, and both are delicious. The fried oysters are tender, the batter is fluffy, and I’m also happy that there are shrimp tempura included. It’s nice that we can take as much kombu and pickled plums from the table as we like. It’s also helpful that we can adjust the amount of rice, eggs, and natto to our preference.
