The fluffy pancakes are very delicious and gently melt in your mouth. The homemade custard crème brûlée has a nice combination of the crispy texture of caramelized sugar and the softness of the batter. The cassis ice cream is pleasantly tart, perfectly balancing the sweetness. The combination of apple compote and custard is also a perfect match, and the vanilla ice cream adds a nice accent. There is also an egg benedict topped with salmon, providing a good balance on the plate and a sense of satisfaction. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the cute dishes used are enjoyable to look at as well.

The café located in the mountains has a poppy exterior and a very pleasant view. Inside, there are many pieces of Tanba pottery on display, and the dishes served are also made by artisans. The signature pancakes have a melting texture, and with one bite, the richness of the egg spreads. The toppings of Japanese chestnut cream and salted caramel pair perfectly, making it enjoyable until the end without feeling heavy. The salmon eggs benedict for lunch and the café latte also provide a sense of satisfaction. It can get crowded due to its popularity, but I had a happy time enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.
