Handmade soba has a wonderful aroma, and the moment you slurp it, you feel happiness. You can choose between stone-ground and 100% buckwheat, both of which have a firm texture. The fun of grinding your own rock salt to dip it in allows you to really appreciate the sweetness of the soba. The tempura has a crispy batter that pairs well with the aroma of the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce is a bit on the stronger side, and adding soba broth makes it enjoyable until the very end. The service is warm, and there are tables and tatami rooms available, with convenient parking near the IC.
