Shinwoo Gopchang

Shinwoo Gopchang uses first-grade Korean beef intestines, boasting a clean taste without any off-flavors. They offer a variety of menus including mixed gopchang, small intestines, large intestines, and makchang, and the taste of gopchang served with chives is exceptional. Additionally, lunch menus such as gopchang soup and budae kimchi stew are also available, providing various options.

Recently renovated with a clean and modern atmosphere. It has a spacious underground parking lot, making it easily accessible, and air conditioning and fans are installed, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.

Since 2012, Shinwoo Gopchang, which has been operating at its current location, has been a beloved restaurant for local residents and office workers for a long time. The owner personally selects fresh Korean beef by-products to cook with fresh ingredients.
