This shop, located on the third floor of a building near the station, has a new and open atmosphere that is very pleasant. Sitting at the counter, I was excited to see the dishes being prepared right in front of me. The cream cheese marinated in Saikyo miso has a rich, melting flavor that pairs perfectly with the sweet, fluffy texture of the sweet potato chips. The sausage wrapped in rice paper is infused with fragrant spices, and each bite releases savory juices. The sashimi platter, cut thickly, features fish of exceptional freshness, with the texture of the black sea bream being particularly impressive. I even got to enjoy the rare grilled eel, making this a place that brought a smile to my face as a food lover.
