The ingredients are fresh, and there is a rich flavor in the tuna, squid, and medium fatty tuna. The miso soup, with its gentle aroma of sake lees, is very soothing. The rice is cooked to perfection, with a great texture that makes it easy to keep eating. The sushi includes red and white fish, shrimp, salmon roe, and cucumber rolls, all beautifully presented. You can also enjoy visually appealing shrimp, small bowls of kinpira and hijiki, and pickles. The staff is attentive, the menu is provided promptly, and you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
