It is an excellent way to bring out the sweetness of soba noodles. The style of soba is very simple and not very special. When you taste Soba carefully, you will find many different elements. Concentrating on the flavor of the soba, the slight sweetness and umami are enhanced. It was so good that I ordered more. I was even more satisfied.
