Descending underground gives a cozy hideaway vibe that is exciting. The beef tendon is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with a hint of sweetness and richness. The chicken has a tender texture that makes it easy to eat. The spiciness is mild, and you can adjust it to your liking with the spices provided. Mixing in salads and side dishes adds a fun variation in flavor. The zangi (fried chicken) has a crispy coating and is juicy on the inside, making it very satisfying.
