Opened on September 5, 2012, it is located on the second floor of a building along the Saigawa River. The name of the restaurant carries the meaning of 'a place where neighbors gather,' and it values a warm atmosphere rooted in the community. Since its opening, it has continued to be supported by many wine enthusiasts.
