This shop located along the Yamanami Highway has a spacious interior where you can relax comfortably. The clear broth has the umami of bonito, dried sardines, and kelp, and with one sip, the aroma of yuzu spreads gently. The tender duck meat pairs well with the broth, and the umami gradually expands in your mouth. The noodles are on the softer side, with a smooth texture that feels pleasant going down, and the portion is substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. The specialty chicken tempura has a crispy coating and is juicy on the inside, and it was even more delicious when combined with ponzu and mustard. The menu is rich, offering not only udon and soba but also rolled sushi, and it was enjoyable to take time to choose from the counter seats.
