A renowned shop for honey udon with authentic flavors
Yamaichiya is a famous establishment known for its traditional Mizusawa udon, featuring honey kneaded into the dough. The udon is praised for its strong chewiness and delightful texture. It pairs exceptionally well with a simple bonito broth dipping sauce and can be enjoyed alongside vegetable tempura. Additionally, seasonal simmered dishes are offered as part of their hospitality, making it a beloved spot among locals.
