The calm atmosphere of Japan, combined with jazz music, is very pleasant. The sound of frying can be heard, which increases my appetite. The signature tonkatsu features a thin slice of pork topped with miso-infused ground meat, making it very tender. The flavor of the miso is characteristic of Shinshu, rich, and addictive. You can have a second serving of rice, which you can enjoy while it's still hot. There are also seasonal fried oysters, allowing you to savor the best of both Japanese and Western cuisines.

Juicy pork cutlet with crispy coating, simmered in delicious curry. Most customers who visit here are likely to order the loin cutlet or the Rokumonsen cutlet. That's for sure. However, the pork cutlet curry here is a hidden gem. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Why not try ordering it once, even if you think you've been deceived?
