Visiting a restaurant that refuses to be interviewed Nagoya business trip meal Ajidokoro Kano," which I had wanted to visit for a long time after learning of its existence on the TV program, "The restaurant that refused to be interviewed," was unexpectedly closed temporarily (tearful, last picture). In my disappointment, I remembered that a steak restaurant near Kokusai Center Station was introduced in the same program ＼(^o^)／. Chicken steak course The cooking method can be selected from grilled, cutlet, or fried, and I ordered the cutlet. I was a bit disappointed because the three regular-looking customers ahead of us had all ordered fried chicken, but after taking a bite, I was convinced that it was the right choice. The cutlet was like a western-style chicken cutlet cooked in a frying pan with a little oil. Of course, the batter was thin, but it was crispy and the heat was perfect. It was seasoned with salt and pepper, so you can eat it as it is or dip it in sauce. The butter roll bread was handmade, I guess. It was crispy on the outside, warm and moist on the inside, just like in the textbooks. It is not heavy at all because the butter is not that strong. While we were eating, the assistants started rolling out the udon dough, and it appeared as koro (cold udon) just as we were finishing the chicken katsu. The only condiments were green onions, and it was served lightly. Skewers (negima, gizzards, liver, and shiitake mushrooms) The meat for the negima was pork belly, which had a delicious sweetness and went well with the green onion. The liver was pork in size. It was also delicious. But I still want to try the T-bone, which is the signature dish of this restaurant and was introduced in the program. I want to go to Nagoya just to eat steak here.
