It's better not to go [Absolutely not recommended] I have visited more than 10 times, but the service for food and drinks is slow. When I say "Excuse me," they make a visibly unpleasant face. It seems like a couple is running the place, but the operation is very poor. There is no ICT implementation. The order taking is also slow, and I can see multiple customers saying "Excuse me." Despite this, they react angrily towards customers, saying, "Can't you wait a little?" There is a complete lack of customer service spirit, and the store's policy seems to be that they don't want people in a hurry to come. The taste is not bad, which makes it very disappointing. Great care is needed regarding the large portion of pasta. There is a note stating that if you leave food, you will be charged a fine of several hundred yen. There was a woman who was struggling to decide between a regular size and a large size, but after seeing the fine notice, several people changed to the regular size. It feels very much like the store is prioritized over the customers. Additionally, they recommend making reservations in advance, and if you come without a reservation, they make a visibly unpleasant face. The parking lot is very narrow.
