Upon entering the restaurant, you feel at ease in the homey atmosphere. The self-service style, where you can help yourself to rice and miso soup, is casual and enjoyable. The popular beef cutlet is served rare, and it's interesting that you can finish cooking it to your preferred doneness on a small iron plate. With various condiments and sauces available, you can enjoy a change in flavors. There is also a rich variety of other set meals like obanzai and tonteki, all of which have a gentle seasoning that soothes the body. Thanks to the staff who provide careful guidance, I quickly understood the system and felt a sense of comfort.
