The sushi here has a good balance of flavors and a gentle texture. The combination of grilled mackerel, inari, and rolled sushi is satisfying and enjoyable. The one wrapped in takana has a different aroma from the seaweed, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The rolled sushi contains koya tofu, which spreads a rich flavor gradually.
