During the day, this restaurant focuses on soba, and the calm Japanese atmosphere is pleasant. A small L-shaped counter is lined with vegetables, and the owner quietly works with great care, raising expectations. The soba, which makes up 90% of the menu, has a wonderful aroma, and the cold soba tea is refreshing and pairs well. There are various seasonal soba dishes, and the white shrimp and green onion tempura served over soba is crispy and fragrant. The soba set comes with a salad dressed in sweet sake dressing and pickles, and the tempura broccoli leaves a lasting impression. There is also a good selection of snacks, along with sake and wine, and the style of serving the soba dipping sauce first is enjoyable.
