This is a hidden gem quietly standing along a back road of a field. Upon entering the shop, the stacked firewood exterior, along with a small counter and tatami seating, creates a relaxed atmosphere. The handmade soba noodles are thin and short, with a firm texture, and the aroma wafts up pleasantly. The dipping sauce is a refreshing type with a rich dashi flavor, and adding a bit of green onion and wasabi enhances the umami even more. The soba broth served after the meal is light and has a gentle taste, making it easy to drink it all. The pickles, small side dishes, and dessert of apple and soba jelly are all carefully prepared, allowing for a comforting experience until the very end.
