Yamatoya

The sauce is homemade. The marinating sauce, which has been used since the opening of the restaurant, is made with rare honey sourced from Miyajima to add an accent. The honey has deodorizing properties and gives a nice glaze, making it perfect for anago rice. The anago is, of course, domestically sourced. Careful attention is paid to the entire process from pre-treatment to grilling. The 'Honey Anago' grilled with homemade sauce containing honey is fluffy, tender, and a dish that satisfies both young and elderly customers.
