Sitting at the counter, the aroma of charcoal wafts gently, creating a sense of excitement. The owner carefully explains each dish, allowing us to enjoy the background of the cuisine. The dishes that combine spring vegetables and fresh seafood are beautifully colorful, pleasing to the eye as well. The rice, cooked fluffy in a pot served at the end, had distinct grains and was so delicious that I couldn't help but want another bowl. Not only is there a good selection of sake, but there are also various types of wine, and the staff quickly selects options that pair well with the dishes. The atmosphere is calm yet not stiff, allowing for a relaxed and happy time.
