The flat noodles of the mini ramen are smooth and chewy, complementing the fragrant broth wonderfully. The fried items are crispy and light, while being tender inside, making them easy to eat with chopsticks. The dishes come out quickly and are generously portioned, providing a high level of satisfaction after the meal. The offal is very tender, and the beef ribs have a strong seasoning that encourages you to eat more rice.
