The interior is adorned with many red decorations, immediately conveying a Chinese atmosphere. The menu is extensive, and I was a bit overwhelmed, but I first ordered three types of appetizers: century egg, steamed chicken, and jellyfish, all of which were perfectly seasoned. The fried chicken was juicy and substantial, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The sweet and sour pork made with black vinegar had crunchy vegetables, and its refreshing sweet and sour taste lingered. The mapo tofu, served bubbling in a clay pot, had just the right amount of spiciness, and it was perfect when paired with rice. The fragrant crispy rice with seafood combined with the hot sauce made for an enjoyable experience until the very end.
