Receiving a tray at the counter and freely choosing from the lined-up side dishes is exciting. The egg omelet, cooked right in front of you, is fluffy and sweet, and even the steam is a treat. The fragrant grilled salmon and the vinegared cucumber and seaweed are all well-balanced and enjoyable. I was happy to be able to add seaweed and green onions to the miso soup later, and it had a comforting flavor. After the meal, I flaked the salmon and poured hot green tea over it to make instant ochazuke, which kept me from getting bored until the very end. I was able to leisurely enjoy my meal in the spacious restaurant, and by the time I left, both my stomach and heart were satisfied.
