This hidden gem located in a quiet corner of a residential area is very calming. The counter has a warm atmosphere despite its few seats, and conversing with the staff is enjoyable. Above all, the fragrant broth is impressive, and you can feel its depth with every bite. The cold oden radish is infused with broth all the way to the center, bringing a smile to your face. The fish bowl I had for the finale was made with fresh fish, and it paired perfectly with the gentle broth. A glass of shochu mixed with the broth was surprisingly delicious, enhancing the entire meal.

1
