As I pass through the noren (fabric curtain), I see a calm table seating area and a raised platform, which makes me feel at ease. The handmade soba noodles have a fun irregular width, and their aroma is delightful, providing an excellent slurping experience. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet with a strong bonito flavor, which pairs well with the soba. The set meal with the daimyo soba includes tempura and fried chicken that are crispy and juicy, making me smile involuntarily. It's also a nice point that there is a spacious parking area, making it easy to stop by by car. Overall, I think it's a wonderful place with a friendly atmosphere where you can casually enjoy delicious soba and udon.
