It's a counter shop located in a corner of a food stall village, and it's easy to enter. The dishes are lined up right in front of you, and it's exciting to be able to choose by looking at them. The local cuisine is all delicious, and the sashimi of Hatahata and the tempura of Dadami were particularly impressive. The Jappa soup, which also contains tofu, has a comforting taste. When paired with local sake, it goes well together, and you can't help but keep eating. There were regulars and business travelers, and even as a first-timer, I felt a sense of comfort that naturally led to conversation.
