This is an old-fashioned diner-style restaurant found in a shopping street by the lake. The interior is casual, lively with many visitors from overseas, and you can feel the warmth of a family-run establishment. The tonkatsu has a crispy coating and is thick, releasing juices with every bite, bringing happiness. The scallop egg rice bowl dish combines the umami of the scallops with the creaminess of the eggs, making it easy to eat. The miso soup filled with young clams and the small bowl of Matsumaezuke are also impressive, enjoyable even without alcohol. Overall, the flavors are gentle, and you can sense a commitment to soy sauce, leaving a lasting impression of comfort.
