The traditional atmosphere is calming, and the spacious interior is relaxing. There are large tables resembling an irori (a traditional Japanese hearth) and tatami seating, allowing you to feel the warmth of wood. The soba made from buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture has a wonderful aroma and a pleasant texture. The tempura rice bowl topped with shrimp and vegetables has a slightly sweet sauce that makes it easy to eat. The small side dishes of grated daikon and wild vegetables are refreshing, and adding a little soy sauce makes them even more delicious. The miso soup with the aroma of mushrooms and the timing of the soba water after the meal are also pleasant, leaving you satisfied until the end.
