Morisada Ueda

Ueda Morisada's soba is based on traditional hand-made soba, with a creative approach that shines. In particular, the 'soba pasta' is a dish that blends Japanese and Western flavors, featuring options like Bolognese and cod roe cream, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of soba while experiencing a new texture. The tempura is also abundant, and the seasonal tempura assortment made with seasonal ingredients is popular.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, characterized by decor that conveys the warmth of wood. In addition to table seating, there are also sunken kotatsu-style seating and private rooms, making it suitable for spending private time. There is also a space for selling pottery, allowing guests to enjoy the world of ceramics along with their meals.

"Ueda Morisada" is a member of the "Morisada Group," which has its main store in Hino Town, Shiga Prefecture, and is engaged in promoting food culture across the entire group. Driven by a deep love and curiosity for soba, they are dedicated to developing unique methods and menu items, and their seasonal limited menus and creative soba dishes are well-regarded.
