Excellent Taiwanese fried ramen noodles! I've actually been to this restaurant many times, and I've been lured by the menu that I've become addicted to. Opened in February 2019, the restaurant boasts homemade noodles and Nagoya Cochin soup... Taiwan Yaki Ramen 900yen less noodles 120g Extra vegetables 100 yen More meat (2 pieces) 150 yen Spicy miso 30 yen I have a spiced curry menu as well as my favorite dish that was recently aired on TV... but I made the decision to post it on Instagram. Flat homemade noodles... with chashu pork, beef tendon, and hormone... mixed with tons of vegetables and spicy miso paste! It's not too spicy, but it's an evolved Nagoya meshi that has quite an impact. Thank you very much for the meal!

Tandoor Spice Curry Ramen This is a ramen that can be called "spicy curry ramen", but it is not the usual curry ramen that you can find at ramen stores. This is a shocking curry ramen from a ramen restaurant that has always served spice curry. Tandoor Spice Curry Ramen with stir-fried vegetables 1,200 yen In commemoration of the introduction of the Tandoor Kiln, this Tandoor Spice Curry Ramen is limited to 15 servings per day! Mutton curry soup with tandoori chicken, tandoori baked sweet potato, kettle-baked pork, pak choi and chives... (థ公థ...థ...థ...) The papado stuck in the soup has a strong presence, and it insists that it's a curry! Unfortunately, this dish is only available until the end of September... but I wish they would make it a regular menu item. I hope they will do something to make it a regular menu item!
