There are several Tamba pottery kilns around Sasayama, and the oldest climbing kiln is located not far away. Hot coffee at Cafe Kokoronotsuki is highly recommended. The coffee is made from freshly roasted pesticide-free coffee beans, ground to order, and carefully hand-drip brewed. Although the type of beans may vary from day to day, the coffee is always served hot and has a clean and refreshing taste. The atmosphere of the store has a Showa-era feel to it, making it a relaxing and homey place to drink.
