This is a cozy coffee shop located in a quiet residential area, run by a female roaster. They carefully drip each cup, allowing the aroma to gently spread. The coffee is well-roasted, but the bitterness is mild and easy to drink. They also offer baked goods such as lemon cake, cheesecake, and Taiwanese-style castella, which pair excellently with the coffee. Inside the shop, in addition to the roasting machine and coffee bean sales, there are lovely cups, small items, and jazz CDs on display, making it enjoyable just to look around. You can feel the dedication to handmade sweets and fragrant beans, and the atmosphere is comfortable, allowing for a relaxed time.
