Upon entering the restaurant, you first receive a glass and are carefully taught how to use it. The drinks are self-serve with an all-you-can-drink system, allowing you to pour your own draft beer or highball, and you can make sour drinks or shochu to your preferred strength. The menu is extensive, and I particularly enjoyed the mentaiko and thick fried tofu ajillo, the corn and cheese tempura, and the homemade fried chicken. The grilled chicken neck and tongue, with their nice charcoal aroma, are juicy and pair well with the drinks. I was guided to a table on the second floor, where I could enjoy a relaxed atmosphere that was lively yet unpretentious. The cabbage and miso that come out first are crisp, and overall, I was very satisfied.
