We used this restaurant to invite three foodie friends who live out of state. In order not to make them feel uncomfortable, we requested "omakase" in advance. The menu consisted of yakiniku (grilled meat) such as loin, halami, tangeta, etc., and assorted vegetables. The "Tokusen Wagyu Shizuoka Sodachi," which has a good sinewiness to it, was very popular. It was a perfect match with not only sake but also wine.
