At first, a fragrant smoky aroma spreads gently, creating excitement. The clear salt ramen has a gentle umami that makes it hard to stop using the ladle. The thin, curly noodles are smooth and have a good bite, pairing well with the soup. The smoked char siu and smoked egg have a wonderful aroma, and the umami spreads in the mouth. The smoked meat and salmon for lunch are also flavorful, and can be enjoyed with rice and vegetables. You can also buy smoked nuts and mackerel, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant aroma at home.

The sound of grilling right in front of you is pleasant, and the waiting time is exciting. For lunch, you can choose between fish or meat, and enjoy smoked salmon or mackerel. The smoked salmon is rich in flavor, with a gentle saltiness that makes it very easy to eat. The sausages I took home were packed with umami, deep in richness, and very delicious.
