When you convey your preferences from the ingredients lined up in front of you, they prepare a dish that is just right for you. The omakase option is also relaxed, and it's delightful that they can arrange a course-style meal when you share a theme. The selection of sake is abundant, and it pairs even better with sashimi and meat dishes. Everything, from the shrimp tempura and watercress salad to the clay pot rice and mentaiko, is carefully prepared and delicious. You can even enjoy the melon ice for dessert, making it feel as if everything is arranged just for you.
