I am excited to feel the authentic Korean atmosphere in Kitakagaya. The stone pot pork kimchi sundubu has a wonderful balance of flavor and spiciness. The seafood chijimi is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it hard to stop eating. The samgyeopsal is grilled by the staff, and when paired with the condiments, it provides a satisfying experience. The spiciness can be adjusted to your preference, so it's reassuring even when dining with friends. The finishing dishes like bokkeumbap, gyeran-jjim, and ikahae each have their own unique characteristics, making it feel like a journey.
