The blended coffee has a solid flavor without any strong aftertaste, and with each sip, you can feel the dedication to the roasting process. The 'Kantaro,' a coffee float, has a perfect balance of ice cream and coffee, with just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness. The coffee jelly I ordered as a dessert also has a pleasant bitterness and refreshing taste, making it enjoyable even after a meal. It's great that you can buy coffee beans by weight on the spot, allowing you to enjoy your favorite flavor at home.
