It's great to be able to buy directly at the store attached to the factory. The entrance is a bit set back and hard to find, but once you enter, they attend to you right away. The sausages are said to not use any fillers, and the spices are not too strong, allowing the deliciousness of the ingredients to shine through. When cooked, they puff up and the skin bursts pleasantly, with a clear saltiness that makes them delicious on their own. The lamb sausage has a strong aroma, which I think will be irresistible to those who like it. The fat in the bacon is not greasy, and the texture at the boundary with the lean meat is pleasant, making it a perfect match with alcohol.
