Our pride, Motsu Miso Nikomi, is slowly simmered for 3 hours. We use the rare local pork 'Agu', including the rectum, stomach, and large intestine, which are pre-boiled to completely remove any odor before cooking. We use sweet miso from Kume Island for seasoning. This dish features tender offal infused with rich miso, making it an addictive delicacy! It is made with carefully selected ingredients from Okinawa Prefecture!! - Agu offal (Teppou (rectum) / Shirokoro (large intestine) / Uegatsu (stomach)) - Kume Island miso
