The large dishes lined up at the counter were colorful, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. The foam of the draft beer was finely textured, giving a sense of good management, and it was very refreshing. The sashimi platter I ordered next was mainly made up of local fish, and although the quantity was generous, each piece was carefully prepared, which made me happy. In particular, the white fish was sweet, and it paired perfectly with the hot shochu. The simmered chicken wings and obanzai (Japanese side dishes) also had a gentle flavor that made it hard to stop eating. I think it's a wonderful place where even one person can feel comfortable and enjoy a relaxing night in Tsushima.
