A sushi restaurant under the direct management of the conger eel boat, Koseimaru, which opened in November 2008. The restaurant is directly managed by a conger eel fisherman and offers set menus centering on tempura set menus, conger eel rice bowls, and conger eel kamameshi for lunch.
