An izakaya lunch spot to enjoy authentic set meals

Located just off the main street in Higashi-Oume, this beloved local izakaya lunch spot offers a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of traditional set meal restaurants. Hearty set meals such as fried chicken, tonkatsu, and ginger pork are served, all of which are generously portioned and satisfying. In particular, the daily special set meal features fresh ingredients, allowing you to enjoy new flavors with each visit.

It is located within walking distance from the station and is easy to enter. Inside, there is a counter and a raised seating area, making it comfortable even for one person. The board at the entrance displays the daily specials, and there is a wide variety of set meals available. The grilled mackerel, ginger pork, and pork shabu-shabu are all delicious, and the small side dishes and miso soup are well-prepared. They also ask about your preferred rice portion, which balances well with the side dishes. It's nice to have coffee after the meal, and I felt that the daily specials were particularly popular.
