You can grill offal on the tabletop charcoal grill, and the aroma is irresistible. The meat is fresh, especially the liver, which was fluffy and easy to eat. The thick, spicy special sauce pairs well with the cabbage and meat, and there are also sweet sauce and soy sauce options for those who are not fond of spiciness. The beef soup, offal stew, and pickled vegetables are delicious, and it's great that there are tatami rooms where families can relax.
