The other day, I stopped by for lunch and immediately felt relaxed in the calm atmosphere of the restaurant. You can choose between table seating and tatami mats, making it easy to accommodate your preferences and the number of people. The daily special that day was unagi (grilled eel) sushi rolls and grilled sardines, which had a rich aroma and flavor. The restaurant's famous jumbo shrimp tempura was larger than I had imagined, with a plump texture and light batter that was outstanding. The yudofu (tofu hot pot) served with kombu dashi had a gentle flavor that paired well with ponzu sauce, making it hard to stop drinking sake. The staff were flexible in accommodating photo requests and menu changes, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably throughout.
