✏️Butachinken〗〖Inazawa〗〖Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan ------------------------ The other day, I went back and forth to Inazawa for four days to support the Japan Open 🚗. One of them was to a nearby ramen restaurant 🍜. The atmosphere was like an old-fashioned ramen shop, with only counter seats and no ticket vending machine. The owner is a former French chef and his wife? They were operating the business together. The owner is a former French chef and his wife? Hakata Ramen (☘Hakata Ramen) (❑) ☘Hakata Ramen (💴600) Hakata Ramen (💴600) + Motsudon Set (💴200) It doesn't look that cloudy and white. The soup is also very light when eaten as Hakata Ramen. The pork bone flavor is not strong, but rather the fat is floating in the soup. The noodles are thin noodles with low water content, and the hardness can be specified, but I left it to you. The noodle is hard as left to me. Since the soup is not thick, the noodles don't get mixed in that well, and you may be bothered by the rough wheatiness of the noodles. Some people say it's good because it doesn't have an odor and isn't too thick thanks to this moderation, so... I'll leave it up to others' tastes (laughs). For me, I would probably be more interested in eating a pork bone ramen with guts (laugh). (Laughs). The motsu-don was lightly cooked, but the bitter taste of the meat remained, so you may want to add some flavor to your liking. It was a unique bowl of ramen, different from Hakata Ramen.
