The cozy, hidden gem of a restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and when you open the door, the smiling staff warmly welcomes you. The courses focus on local ingredients from Mie, and they are visually stunning, making you excited to see what dish will come next. The escargot allows you to compare farm-fresh ones with canned ones, and I was impressed by the fresh one's plump texture. The Mont Blanc-style dish and the lobster bisque ramen are rich in aroma, and it's great that you can adjust the amount of noodles to your liking. The grilled wild boar thigh with plenty of mushrooms, called 'Gifts of the Mountain,' was so good that I enjoyed the sauce with bread until the last drop. For dessert, I could taste a variety of options, including persimmon sorbet from Rendaiji, and I was able to enjoy a happy feeling until the very end.
