Shio Ramen After eating plenty of mornin, I came here for lunch. The very popular Hachi no Ashiba! I had always been curious about this place, but I didn't have the courage to eat ramen alone and there was no one to stand in line with me. Finally, I found a friend who was willing to stand in line with me and we went there. When I drove to the restaurant, the car was full as I expected. I wanted to get out of the car and get in line, but the sign said to park the car and wait until everyone was there before getting in line. Oh no! I had no choice but to park my car in a parking lot and get in line again. Blankets, parasols and sweet umbrellas were placed in front of the store to protect us from the cold and heat. I was the only one using a parasol. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes, we went inside the restaurant. I bought a meal ticket from the ticket machine right at the entrance, waited a little longer, and then was shown to my seat. Shio Ramen 850 yen Topping: Ajitama (seasoned egg) 100 yen Shoyu Ramen 850 yen Photography is not allowed inside the restaurant. The clear soup is beautiful! My favorite rare chashu pork is also beautiful pink ♪ Rescued immediately to avoid discoloration from the fire! WOW! It's so moist, tender, and delicious! (o^^o) ♪ The noodles are thin, slippery and chewy! I will make love to you! My friend liked it so much that she finished it in an instant and drank all the soup. Thank you very much!

Salted Wan-tan Noodles/Kuntama I had been curious about Hachinoashiha's salt wan-tan noodles ever since I first saw it. I had a chance to pass through Yokkaichi at lunchtime, and unexpectedly, I was able to go there! I lined up 30 minutes before the restaurant opened and was the first in line. What was brought in front of me was a clear golden soup with shaking wontons. I was smiling even before eating it, because it was a direct visual hit. I think I could drink it as a delicious soup." The "salty" wonton noodles are light and not too salty. It is a perfect match with the noodles that go down smoothly. The pork chashu pork with just the right amount of fat on it is very satisfying. The chicken chashu is moist and fluffy. The aromatic leeks are also a great addition to the dish, and the quality of the ingredients changes as you eat them together. The smoked egg is a delight as its aroma fills your mouth the moment you bite into it. The wontons with plenty of ingredients are also delicious, and while eating them, I was wondering which ingredients I should eat next. LOL! I saw that they sell a flavor modifier, so next time I would like to order the "Aojiso Nanko Ume".
